Michigan Museums Association Conference

Time and again, we return to the places we know and love. To the familiar, the comfortable, the expected. But as visitors change, competition grows or priorities shift, familiarity may not be sustainable. Innovating experiences and invigorating organizations, refreshing perspectives while still reminding people what they loved in the first place 

- a willingness to reinvent the traditional is paramount to the continued success of Michigan’s museums.

 

Our conference host is Mackinac State Historic Parks.

 

The conference will take place at the beautiful Grand Hotel with site visits to Fort Mackinac, Mackinac Island State Park, Colonial Michilimackinac, and Old Mackinac Point Lighthouse.  

 

We are currently accepting Session Proposals through February 28.
