Join us for an exciting evening at the USS Constitution Museum Purser’s Party & Collection Open House. At the event we will unveil a rare portrait of Thomas J. Chew, USS Constitution’s purser, responsible for the handling of money on board the ship during the War of 1812. In addition, see some of the other interesting artifacts acquired over the past year and don’t forget to sample some delicious cocktails made from Privateer Rum.  A portion of all proceeds support the Commodore’s Fund, providing the Museum with the resources to purchase artifacts related to USS Constitution. The foundation of our mission, our collection becomes the tangible link to share the stories of “Old Ironsides” and her crew with over 350,000 visitors each year.
