Join us at the Eustis Estate for a free concert on the longest day of the year in connection with Make Music Boston. Orkestra Marhaba will perform on the patio starting at 5:30 p.m. and the Mara Bettencourt Quartet will follow at 7:00 p.m. Come early with a picnic and enjoy the music as the sun sets.

Orkestra Marhaba plays classical, folk, and dance music from Anatolia using traditional Turkish and western instruments. Marhaba (or "Merhaba" in Turkish) can mean "welcome" or "hello" in Arabic and Turkish and is meant to reflect the sound of the group.

Mara Bettencourt is a singer, songwriter, educator, and activist, born and raised on the island of Terceira in the Azores, Portugal. Mara writes, composes, records, and performs original songs in multiple languages. She has collaborated with other artists around the U.S and Portugal. Her music is romantic and inspirational, with an eclectic feel.

The fifth annual Make Music Boston festival, presented by Kadence Arts, will fill Boston's outdoor spaces and music venues with more than one hundred live concerts, free and open to the public. From classical to folk, hip hop to opera, Latin jazz to punk rock, live music of all kinds will resound on streets, sidewalks, porches, plazas, parks, gardens, storefronts, and other public spaces on the longest day of the year.
