Louis Bolduc Days

In honor of the day that Louis Bolduc would have celebrated in lieu of his birthday, the Feast of St. Louis, we set this weekend aside as time for members of our first families to gather and be honored here.  With lots of fun activities for everyone all weekend long, we especially invite you to meet members of the Bolduc, Pratte, and Valle extended families and slave descendants as well as members of the Shawnee, Delaware, and Osage tribes.  There will be stories, music, activities, demonstrations, and your chance to participate in Family History, Oral History, and Living History.  See what is new at our museum and enjoy the people who left such important legacies in the land.

First family members are admitted free.

In addition, both days will feature a performance of Moliere’s School for Wives. Admission for the performance is $5.
