We're continuing a longstanding Forbes House tradition and celebrating the 140th birthday of Mary Bowditch Forbes, the woman who started it all. Bring the family, and a picnic blanket or lawn chair and join us!

1:00 p.m. Lincoln Essay and Drawing Contest Awards Ceremony
2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Live Civil War Era music played by Dixon's Gold; reenactments by the 22nd Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry and U.S. Sanitary Commission; vintage video footage from Lincoln Day celebrations in the 1920's; tours of the new temporary exhibit "Mary Bowditch Forbes's Lincoln Cabin: Preservation of the Past, Education for the Future."
