  • Celebrate the Arts Day on Oct. 19. The Carroll County Arts Council will host more than 40 visual artists of watercolor, pottery, jewelry, photography and more at the Wabash and Erie Canal Center, Delphi Opera House Gallery of Contemporary Art, Court House Rotunda and the Opera House Annex. Artists of all levels are encouraged to participate in a Sidewalk Chalk Art Competition on the courthouse square. A trolley will run between the Canal and the downtown area to allow visitors a convenient tour of these art venues. Delphi Public Library's Red Brick Theatre will perform the mystery/comedy Bull in a China Shop at 7 p.m. at the Opera House Annex. Live music and an evening concert is also planned for the day.   • Canal Park's End-of-Season Festival on Oct. 19. This festival highlights the craftspeople and merchants that have blessed the warm season weekends in Pioneer Village. Watch history come alive as you come out for one more trip through the 1850s atmosphere.
