Historical Hysterical Tour of Harvard (8/1-9/14)
About the Tour (70 minutes)
Stroll the Crimson Campus with our Costumed guides as they tell tales of the most fascinating moments through nearly 400 years of Harvard history. The nation’s oldest institution of higher education comes to life through captivating, hilarious, and occasionally bizarre stories. Find out things you never knew about the Titanic, rebellious pig roasts, and the mystery of why John Harvard’s foot is yellow. Our stories will entertain history buffs and restless children alike!
Our professional storytellers are unaffiliated with Harvard University, and can give you the in-depth history of the institution from a historian’s perspective. This tour lasts just over an hour, visiting the Harvard Lampoon, the Widener Memorial Library, the John Harvard Statue, among other famous sites. Come play in our yard!
****This tour is also available in Spanish, French, Italian, and Chinese****
