Join us and the Environmental Clearinghouse of Schenectady (ECOS) for a renewal of our annual Earth Day celebration. The day will feature booths from local non-profits, music, family crafts, nature walks, guided tours of the historic buildings, a tour of our new green building the George E. Franchere Education Center, and more!

The event will include the dedication of the Win Bigelow Memorial Nature Trail at 12:00pm, guided nature walks, a family scavenger hunt, tours of the George E. Franchere Educational Center’s solar and geothermal equipment, live music including Cosby Gibson and Mark Baptiste, as well as booths from nearly a dozen local environmental non-profits,

Admission for the event is free, and food will be available for purchase. The Mabee Farm Historic Site is wheelchair accessible, with off-street parking in front of the George E. Franchere Educational Center.
