Boston Pops July Fourth Fireworks Spectacular

Hundreds of thousands of visitors come from around the world to celebrate America’s birthday on the banks of the Charles River. The Boston Pops Orchestra leads the celebration including a famous rendition of Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture,” which features real cannons and the live ringing of area church bells. The entire event ends with a spectacular fireworks show over the skies above Boston. Take public transportation, bring some picnic food and drink, and arrive before noon to find a good seat!
