"Bed-Post Corners- Quilts made for Four Poster Beds"

 This group of early nineteeth-century quilts from the New England Quilt Museum Permanent Collection were made to fit a four poster bed.  The cut-out corners on these quilts were found almost exclusively on quilts made in New England.
