Join Historic Columbia at Jubilee: Festival of Black History & Culture on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017!

Now in its 39th year, this FREE outdoor festival brings artisans, dancers, musicians and storytellers together to celebrate South Carolina’s black history and culture on the grounds of the Mann-Simons Site in downtown Columbia.

Jubilee will feature:

  • Live music and stand-up comedy
  • Demonstration artists from across South Carolina
  • Food, art and outdoor vendors
  • Family-friendly activities and games
  • House tours of the Mann-Simons Site
  • Bus tours of important African American sites in downtown Columbia
  • Much more!

Call for Vendors!

Be part of one of the Midlands’ most-anticipated festivals as a vendor. Please fill out and return this 2017 Vendor Application to register. Final deadline for vendor registration is Sept. 3, 2017. Note: To qualify as a VENDOR at the Jubilee Festival, you must have food and/or wares (hats, t-shirts, souvenirs, etc) available for purchase and as your primary objective for being at the festival.  All others interested in booth space fall under our sponsorship program.
