Historic Denver’s Molly Brown House Museum is among the most visited historic sites in the state of Colorado, and one of only a handful of sites nationally dedicated to the interpretation of a woman’s story. Open for more than 43 years, the Museum serves nearly 50,000 people every year, including 10,000 youth, successfully achieving its mission to “accurately portray the story of Margaret Tobin Brown within the context of her lifetime in order to inspire courage, conviction and pro-active change in her spirit.”

Respected for innovative programming and on-going operational success, in 2012 Historic Denver and the Molly Brown House Museum had a $2.7 million economic impact on the region and generated 3.8 million media impressions across the globe. It is now time for Historic Denver and the community to reinvest in the Museum through capital improvements and implement a new vision for engaging diverse audiences with Denver’s rich history.
