Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., the 46th President of the United States, was born and raised in a three-story Colonial home at Scranton, Pennsylvania on November 20, 1942. Today, Biden's Scranton home showcases the president's childhood and how he was until his presidency. The site is located at 2446 N. Washington Avenue in Scranton's Green Ridge neighborhood.
