The 32nd President of the United States, Franklin D Roosevelt, popularly known as FDR, was born on January 30, 1882, at Springwood Estate, Hudson River, Hyde Park, New York. This was his beloved home from his tender age, his youth, through his busy career, until his death. There’s no place like home for President FDR. 

Today, the Springwood Estate of President Roosevelt, now Home of Franklin D Roosevelt National Historic Site, is open to the public and houses his collections from his boyhood up to his presidency.
