South Metro American Indian Liaison Committee
The South of the River Powwow is being organized by the South Metro American Indian Liaison Committee (SMAILC), which includes District 191, Lakeville, Shakopee, Prior Lake-Savage, Farmington, and District 196 school districts along with the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community. The powwow is held at the Metcalf Middle School in
Burnsville, Minnesota.
