Native Wolverine Association
The Native Wolverine Association (NWA) is the Native American student run club at Utah Valley University (UVU) in Orem, Utah. The Native Wolverine Association(NWA) promotes cultural awareness of Native American students at UVU. Creating a safe space for students to engage with each other in cultural activities, fundraising, event planning, and academic success. The club functions to organize the annual NWA UVU Pow Wow which raises funds for Native American student scholarships at UVU. This event brings in visitors from surrounding Native communities giving UVU students an opportunity to engage across cultures.
