The Independent Rifles and Liberty Guards and the Blakeley State Park host annual Battle of Fort Blakeley Reenactment. Founded in 2004, the Independent Rifles and Liberty Guards host the Battle of Fort Blakeley Reenactment. The group is a campaigner organization with members in Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.
