Walk in the footsteps of history! See the places where freedom seekers sought refuge from slavery in the years before the Civil War. Learn about the historical significance of the Underground Railroad and hear the stories of those escaping slavery. Discover a part of the battlefield that is seen by only a small number of people. See the location of the famous mill pond featured on the History Channel TV program, "Battlefield Detectives".

This one-hour tour of the McAllister's Mill site on Rock Creek is a walking tour over gentle terrain. 

Look for the recently installed blue Pennsylvania Historic Marker at the end of the parking lot.

Tours begin in the Mulligan McDuffer parking log at 11am Saturdays from May 4-Aug 31. This tour is recognized by the National Park Service as part of the UGRR Network to Freedom.
