Technological Marvels Tour

The Eustis Estate was a wonder of its age, with all the latest technological advances, when it was built in 1878. W.E.C. Eustis, the original owner, was an engineer who kept up with changing technologies to keep the house current. This specialty tour looks at the latest advancements of the day and how they affected the architecture and design of the house. The tour includes a visit inside the estate’s 1902 powerhouse, which is not usually open to the public.
