Our annual celebration of the Golden Era of Hollywood, Silent & Classic Movie Nights features films from some of the funniest comedy teams, best dramatic actresses, and classic cartoons of the past. Bring a picnic and join us on the lawn for fantastic and fun classic and silent movies at Heritage Square. Sponsored by Vidéothèque, Silent and Classic Movie Nights is held on three consecutive Saturdays, July 21 and 28, and August 4.

Saturday, July 21 is family night, featuring classic cartoons, and short features from Our Gang/Little Rascals and the Three Stooges. After some great 1920s and 1930s cartoons, we will show “Our Gang Follies” (1938) with Alfalfa and his big dreams of becoming an opera singer. The Three Stooges short TBD.



Gates open at 7:30 p.m. for picnics with the show starting after 8:00 p.m. These special screenings will take place on the lawn near the Palms Depot. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets to sit on, a small picnic to eat before the movies begin, and warm clothing. Beverages and snacks will be available with suggested donation.
