Have you ever wondered what really happened when Idaho's territorial capital was moved from Lewiston to Boise?  Join Mayor Bieter, host, and the Idaho State Historical Society and the Boise City Department of Arts and History for a lively evening of fun and fact as the true story is revealed.

This free, adult-oriented event takes place  on April 20 at the Crystal Ballroom in the Hoff Building located at the corner of 8th and Bannock Streets.  Light appetizers and no-host cocktails begin at 6:00, followed by the program at 7:00 pm.  Get the facts in a lively debate between historians Keith Petersen (Lewiston) and Marty Peterson (Boise) who will provide the framework on territorial and city history. Then learn the "real story" of how Boise became the state capital from The Fool Squad perspective.  Look out for some saucy and spicy entertainment peppered throughout presented by the Red Light Variety Show.
