Beginning its 2019 season on Tuesday, May 7, Providence Public Library will offer free guided architectural tours of its historic library building on EVERY first and third Tuesday of the month at 10:30 AM. The schedule will continue through November. Meet at the Library’s grand entrance at 225 Washington Street, Providence. During the Library’s ongoing renovation project, you can also learn about the transformational changes under way!

In addition, tours are available upon request for groups of four or more. Please contact us at 455-8090 to schedule a tour. Visit & learn about this architectural gem at the heart of our community, as well as our unique Special & Rhode Island Collections. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour. If parking, plan accordingly. Parking is available on street and in area lots.
