The Civil War Roundtable of the Merrimack welcomes historian William Hallett for a presentation on "Presidents Who Served in the Civil War."

We can all think of the obvious, U.S. Grant #18, but all but one after Lincoln's death through 1901, served the military during the American Civil War.
