Local writer and commentator Peter Golden takes you on a trip through the earliest days of Natick and its beginnings as an Indian camping place. Learn about the arrival of the English colonists, John Eliot’s promise to the Praying Indians, and the cultural differences between the two groups.

Presentation is free and open to the public. There will be opportunities for audience participation. Due to the controversial nature of the material relating to the early years of the town, parental discretion is advised. Refreshments will be served.

The library is accessible to all.
