140th Kansas Historical Foundation Annual Meeting

Held the first Friday in November at the Kansas Historical Society, the annual members meeting includes the election of members of the board of directors, a luncheon with a program, and opportunities to learn more about the Kansas Historical Society and Foundation. The board of directors meeting includes the treasurer report, committee reports, and the election of officers and executive committee members.

Election

Article VIII of the bylaws of the Kansas Historical Foundation provides that the names of the nominees to be voted on at the annual meeting of the Foundation shall be approved by the executive committee and given to the membership of the Foundation by publication at least thirty (30) days prior to the annual meeting.

Slate of Officers

In compliance with this provision, the nominating committee respectfully submits the following slate of nominations for election at the annual meeting on Friday, November 6, 2015, as approved by the executive committee on August 21, 2015.  All nominees have agreed to serve if elected.

Executive committee for a three-year term ending after the annual meeting in 2018:
