Join us for the virtual premiere of a new film about celebrated Mayflower passengers John and Priscilla Mullins Alden.
“John and Priscilla: An American Story” was created as an orientation film for visitors coming for a tour of Alden House. The 13-minute documentary goes beyond the lore of John and Priscilla’s “Courtship” story to trace the compelling story of their lives, from the hardships of their early years in Plymouth to their later success in Duxbury and their roles as leaders in helping found Plymouth Colony. The film will fill an important role in the interpretation of the Alden site and greatly enhance the visitor experience.
An online conversation with the creators of the film will follow the showing. Wear your best Pilgrim attire to join the Red Carpet Crowd and help celebrate this launch!
