History on Tap: Bevo Mill and Dutchtown

Put on your best lederhosen and join us for the History on Tap tour of Bevo Mill and Dutchtown!
At 5:30pm we will gather at the Museum's Library and Research Center (225 S. Skinker Blvd.), where Museum experts will show us artifacts that relate to the neighborhoods we'll be visiting. At 6pm we'll hop on a bus with tour guide and historian Michael Allen, who will tell stories about the history of the German neighborhoods of Bevo Mill and Dutchtown. We will drink in the history of the area at a few local establishments and enjoy a variety of settings that exemplify the cultural heritage of the neighborhood.

Stops will include Al Smith's Feasting Fox, Grbic Restaurant, and the Civil Life Brewing Company.
