On Friday July 9, 2021: You are cordially invited to Buckingham Palace to meet Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness, when Living Historians Nadia Devereux and Joshua Poole present An Audience with Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. We'll transport viewers to London, in 1851, when Prince Albert has spearheaded organizing the first World’s Fair - The Great Exhibition. The palace is abuzz and Her Majesty Queen Victoria is happy to take a back seat, for once, as Prince Albert enjoys his long-awaited moment in the limelight. Yet, all is not what it seems when the corridors of power are wrought with difficulties. Join us for Pay-Per-HAP Episode #51, produced by History At Play™, LLC (HAP, LLC), as we livestream direct to you from the United Kingdom!

Recording viewable for 48 Hours! Ticket sales close Sunday at 8pm ET. For those attending the livestream Friday night, the virtual theatre lobby opens at 7:15pm ET. Viewers who request entry after 7:25pm ET will be admitted at the Host’s discretion after opening remarks. In this Livestream episodic series, Pay-Per-HAP cordially invites viewers into the lives of the Royal Family in 1851. Queen Victoria is in the 14th year of her reign and while she is the most powerful person in the world, she has already suffered a slew of harsh criticism. As you step into the halls of Buckingham Palace during the Great Exhibition, HR Queen Victoria and HRH Prince Albert reflect on their lives together and wonder how this ever-changing world will appreciate the Monarchy in the future.

Nadia Devereux and Joshua Poole have portrayed Victoria and Albert together for over 4 years throughout the United Kingdom. Nadia received her training at East 15 Acting School and has interpreted historical figures at Hampton Court Palace, The Tower of London, Kensington Palace, The Natural History Museum, Tower Bridge and Dover Castle. She ceated Zoom Through History in 2020, an online historical education platform that produces live interactive education sessions to bring historical characters to schools via Zoom.

Joshua Poole is an actor, writer, and historical interpreter. After graduating the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2016, Joshua began his career with Past Pleasures, LTD at the Historic Royal Palaces, performing in a variety of roles, including Prince Albert at Kensington Palace. Since 2020, Joshua has headed Zoom Through History, as a part of Ceridwen Theatre Company, and, along with Nadia, co-created Monarchs Anonymous, an online YouTube sitcom that invites historical Monarchs into therapy.

Running time: Approx. 40 minutes, followed by real-time audience Q&A and BONUS MATERIALS. Episodes are viewable for 48 hours after livestream. This program is appropriate for all ages.
