Historic New England staff members will cover the basics of buildings, landscape and collections care for the historic site and house museum. Historic New England is one of the nation’s leaders in historic preservation and museum collections care. Addressed in the daylong workshop are topics including: historic buildings and landscape assessment, HVAC systems and environmental controls, preventive care training for guides and site staff and on-site collections storage.
