Heritage Village Summer Day Camps

The Heritage Village Museum is hosting three weeks of Summer Day Camp for the 2014. These camps are a perfect blend of education and fun as campers participate in activities of their great, great grandparents. Located in beautiful Sharon Woods Park, the Heritage Village Museum provides the perfect setting to relive the past.

Pioneer Camp June 23rd-27th and August 4th-8th: Campers will spend their days learning old fashioned skills and more about the life of kids in the past. Featured activities include cornbread making, candle dipping, pioneer laundry, sling shot shooting, paper printing, games and more!

Civil War Camp July 21st-25th: Campers will see what life was like as a child in Southwest Ohio during the Civil War. Activities and educational opportunities abound as campers participate in daily activities from the 1860’s such as making hardtack, Civil War drills, signal flags, code breaking, games and more!

Camps are for children ages 6-12 and run from 9:00 am-3:30 pm with come early/stay late opportunities available for an additional charge.
$150 per week for Museum Members
$175 per week for Non-Members
