The Historical Society of Greenfield MA will hold an ice cream social in honor of their founder Mary P Wells Smith, who started the Society in 1907. That same year, Frank Snow began developing what would become Snow’s Ice Cream. On Saturday July 20th, Snow’s Ice Cream will be featured in an ice cream social birthday party from noon to 2 pm at the museum on Church St. There will be a special display of ice-cream making history, the museum will be open, and Snow’s Ice Cream will be available for the first 200 visitors. Come to the party!
