Join Austin Bartold, executive chef from Waite House Neighborhood Center, for a series of cooking demonstrations of healthy recipes using traditional native ingredients. He will demonstrate braised venison and a chilled wild rice salad. Mr. Bartold is a member of the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe Indian Reservation, with more than ten years of culinary experience in the Twin Cities.

Waite House Neighborhood Center provides community building activities, youth and service programs to the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis.
