Join the Historical Society in celebrating farming life on the Eastern Shore for this 2-day event at Ker Place. Friday night kicks off with the Exhibit Opening and Music on the Lawn featuring big band style music at 6:00 pm. Saturday's festivities will include a Panel Discussion about Farming Life at 10:00 AM and a fair with a myriad of activities and vendors to include antique farming equipment, Ten Good Sheep, Book Bin, children’s games and activities, and much more from 11:00AM - 3:00PM. The event is based on a series of oral history recordings based Eastern Shore farming life in the 1930’s and 40’s and supported by the VFH.
