“Down Three Dark Streets” 1954

A cop investigates the cases his partner was working before his untimely murder. Ruth Roman stars as the victim of one of those cases; being extorted $10,000 to keep her daughter safe. This film is part of of the film series: Ruth of the West End. May’s Film series celebrates famous actress Ruth Roman, who lived in the West End and learned to act at the Elizabeth Peabody House.
