2013 marks the 80th anniversary of this First State History Festival.  The primary days are May 3-5, though programs and a plain air art competition will begin the week before.  Admission is free though some activities do charge fees.  330 artisans/exhibitors/food vendors.  Entertainment stage, huge parade, reenactors, Colonial and Victorian demonstrators, encampments and more.

Friday, May 3 -- 6-9 p.m., music and entertainment followed by fireworks

Saturday, May 4 -- 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. crafts, parade, pet parade, demonstrators, reenactments and more  Harriet Tubman will reenact at the Old State House at 1 and 3 p.m.  Saturday evening, Dover Symphony Orchestra presents its annual Dover Days pops concert.

Sunday, May 5 -- Car show, arts and crafts vendors, corn hold tournament, 19th century vintage baseball game, plein air quick draw competition and historic garden tour.

Kids zone features inflatable village, educational opportunities, carnival rides and plenty to see and do.  Trick bicycle stunt performances on Saturday afternoon.
