There's more to see in and around the monument than just its namesake animal, tyrannical or otherwise. Dinosaur National Monument is best known for its spectacular fossils, but the region is rich in archaeology, too. We'll join Assistant State Archaeologist Kevin Black for this scenic trek.  You just might hear the footsteps of those ghosts from the past.

Difficulty level: Challenging - Requires a high level of fitness and an adventurous streak: day hikes over potentially rough terrain, accessing remote areas in a vehicle, by foot, or by boat, and/or extended periods outside.
