McKinstry has devoted her life to community service, works on many community boards, and serves as president of the board of the Sixteenth Street Foundation. Also joining us are Deidra H. Brooks, and Jarrell Brooks. Conversations includes a clip from the Spike Lee documentary, 4 Little Girls.
