“Citizen Meets Soldier” is a living history of 1863 in Carroll County, Maryland.  Walk in the footsteps of citizens divided in their loyalties and the Union and Confederate Soldiers who camped along Big Pipe Creek in the days prior to Gettysburg.

Federal City Brass Band Concert

Concert Performance recreating the sound and appearance of a regular U.S. Army regimental
brass band of the 1860’s.  Concert admission:  $5.00
