The c. 1730 dwelling, headquarters of the Tiverton Historical Society, with its restored early outbuildings, is open starting Sunday, June 2nd from 2 to 4:30 PM for the summer season. The Society's collection of early American antiques and furnishings are displayed in restored period rooms, as well as important documents and artifacts from Tiverton's rich past. The entrance is through the museum shop where local historical books, Tiverton mugs and ornaments, Tiverton-themed jams and jellies, copies of early Tiverton maps, Tiverton T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and other items may be purchased.


The Chace-Cory House is located at 3908 Main Road, Tiverton Four Corners and will be open from 2-4:30 PM Sundays, June 2-September 1 or by appointment. There is a nominal fee for THS non-members: $3 non-members, $2 students and seniors (60 yrs+), members and children under 12 years free.
