Come celebrate the proud legacy of Newport craftsmanship at Whitehorne Museum, home to the Doris Duke Collection of 18th-century Rhode Island furniture. See woodworking demonstrations by craftsmen from the Society of American Period Furniture Makers and try your own hand at woodworking tools. Stroll through the house and see a stunning collection of early Rhode Island furniture. Enjoy refreshments in the garden. Admission is $6, free for children 12 and under.
