Once known as Millionaires' Row, the remaining mansions of Capitol Hill hide secrets behind their silk wallpaper and servant's stairs.  It's time for chilling tales of those who never quite left -- they still reside within these historic walls.  Just to make sure the frost doesn't seep all the way to your bones, we'll stop at the merry bars of the neighborhood to lift a glass to those who've gone before us.  So it's time to experience spine-tingling spirits as well as those that will warm your evening.  Join us for a ghostly good time!
