Step back into 1899 and observe costumed guides as they complete the weekly task of bread making. 19th techniques of bread making will be showcased with opportunities for hands on participation. Bread making process from start to finish is an all day event with the mixing beginning at 10 a.m. and the finished product coming out of the oven around 3 p.m.
