Artist Sail Hoisting and Windmill in Motion Day

Over the winter artist Nora Rabins, together with help from the community, has been preparing colorful new windmill sails based on the pattern of the mill’s grinding stones.  Come join us for the hoisting of these completed sails in a historic barn-raising style event.  After the sails are raised, we’ll be running the windmill for the first time in many years and we’ll actually be grinding corn!  Johnnycake making and games for the whole family.  Visit WindmillSails.com for information and updates.
