An Evening of Illumination

The annual Evening of Illumination is the one time each year visitors can experience an evening in the Village the way it was in the 1800s.  Explore a time without electricity and street lights. Take in the captivating scenes of an early New England village lit only by candles, oil lamps, and fireplaces. Tours will be offered to select buildings around the Village, and the night will be capped off with refreshments in the Bullard Tavern, including mulled cider and a cash bar. Tours are limited to 15 guests each and leave the Visitor Center every 10 minutes from 6:00 p.m. through 7:30 p.m.
