The 239th Anniversary Boston Tea Party Annual Reenactment

It's December 16 and trouble is brewing in Boston! Join reenactors from across New England in recreating one of Boston's most iconic public protests-- the Boston Tea Party! Join in a spirited colonial meeting at Old South Meeting House with the Sons of Liberty--Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, and many more-- as well as crown-loving Loyalists to debate the 1773 tea tax. Join the procession to Griffin's Wharf and line the shores of the Boston Harbor as the Sons of Liberty storm aboard the Brig Beaver to destroy chest after chest of tea!

This event is presented by Old South Meeting House and the new Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum and takes place in three parts. These limited VIP (Very Important Patriot)  tickets are available for access to the full program. Your limited-edition full-program ticket includes an exclusive souvenir pin that grants you access to the following:

1. General admission seating at Old South Meeting House, the actual 18th century landmark where the colonists gathered in 1773, for a recreated town meeting. Ticket holders are seated for this portion of the program which lasts about an hour.

2. Special, escorted access along the procession route to the harbor. Ticket holders will walk for up to 30 minutes from Old South Meeting House to the Harborwalk behind the InterContinental Boston hotel. The audience will meet additional colonial characters on route.

3. Special reserved viewing area on the Harborwalk behind the InterContinental Boston hotel with best sight lines to the action aboard the Brig Beaver at the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum. This fully-narrated program lasts about 1 hour. Ticket holders will remain standing in the reserved viewing area.

  

This program begins at Old South Meeting House, 310 Washington Street, Boston, MA, and ends at the Harborwalk behind the InterContinental Boston hotel, Congress Street Bridge, Boston, MA. Transportation is not provided between venues.
