From Field to Table Weekend

Costumed interpreters at Old Sturbridge Village will show how early New Englanders brought in the harvest and celebrated the bounty with the beautiful colors of fall serving as the backdrop to this unique and productive time of year. OSV invites visitors to learn firsthand about all the hard work that went into an 1830s fall harvest. Guests can try their hands at digging potatoes, threshing grain, husking corn, and pressing apple cider.
